Roscoe Jarboe captures Xtreme Bulls win in Alaska Last Frontier BY TRACY RENCK B ull rider Roscoe Jarboe understands the grind it takes to qualify for the Wrangler National Finals Rodeo. Then, they were giving away the gold to ride the bounty bull and a gun, stuff you can hold on to. I also got a buckle and a gold dustpan. “I have no regrets about going at all. I imagine we will come back up here next year. There isn’t a whole lot going on at this time of year in the lower 48, and I think this event is going to get a lot of guys to come back.” Jarboe moved up two spots to sixth in the PRCA | RAM World Standings with $43,629. “This check from Palmer was well-needed,” he said. “I’ve been climbing up the standings a little bit here and there, and hopefully this will help me continue that. Normally that bull is a couple rounds around to the right and about six seconds he will go back left. “Today, he stayed in it, and he was around the right the whole time into my hand, and it paid off.
