RE-RIDES - After all replacements have been made, any remaining available animals that have been notified as turned-out (includes DR’s and VIR’s) will be used prior to using the designated re-ride(s). PAY-OFF: 6% of the total purse is to be deducted prior to the pay-off and sent in with the results. Pay-off will be determined on highest marked scores. ALL CONTESTANTS WITH DOGS - Must have current Certificate of Rabies vaccination issued within the last twelve months. Dogs are to be confined to vehicle or trailer area. GB - Approved for first slack event in accordance with R4.9.4. RE - Back to back same performance if two go- rounds B15.2.6 . SR - Two go-rounds, plus a top 18 progressive (plus splits). The first two go-rounds will run during slack on Aug. 16 at 8 AM. The first 10 in the progressive will be run during the slack and the final 8 in the progressive will be run during the performance. GROUND RULES: Contestants who choose to enter the Legacy Steer Roping event must be at least 50 years old at the time of entry closing. They must also be entered in the steer roping event at the Wyoming State Fair & Rodeo. To be eligible, the contestant must be a card member (no permits) and must have entered and competed in the steer roping event at a minimum of 7 PRCA rodeos (or events) during the 2018 rodeo year and the 2019 rodeo year combined (as of entry closing time) and also exempt will be any NFSR qualifiers. Contestants will pay an additional entry fees of $200. Contestants will not compete on any additional steers. The times that are recorded for the contestants’ competition runs at the Wyoming State Fair & Rodeo will be used to determine the pay-off. Pay-off will only include the entry fees for the contestants who entered the Legacy Steer Roping through PROCOM. 6% will be held out of the total amount for the PRCA prior to the pay-off. Only the first three go-rounds and the average after three go-rounds will be included in the pay-off for the Legacy Steer Roping (the progressive round will not be considered). There will be no additional added money and since no additional animals will be run, there will be no additional stock charge or PROCOM charge. Money won in the Legacy Steer Roping will not count towards PRCA World Standings, circuit standings, All Around standings, or for money won qualifications. It will count towards qualifying for the Legacy Steer Roping Finals held in conjunction with the National Finals Steer Roping. (NFSR qualifiers will not be eligible for the Legacy Steer Roping Finals). STK.
