TRADE DEADLINE - Thurs., July 12 at 5 PM. All confirmed trades will be final and will be processed immediately after both involved parties have confirmed through PROCOM. ALL EVENTS - If a contestant notifies a turn-out prior to the 30-hour deadline for his competition time, turn-out fines will be waived, if and only if he is replaced. SLACK ORDER - Order will be SW, TR, TD. TE - If there are not enough contestants in the current year circuit money won category to fill the allotted circuit positions, the remaining positions will be filled with contestants from the previous year circuit money won category. QUALIFICATIONS: BB & SB - 48 minimum entries. No compensation. No slack. BR - 60 minimum entries. No compensation. No slack. TD, SW, TR - 80 minimum entries (or teams). No compensation. Two go-rounds, back to back. The first go-round of each back to back group will be run during slack each day. The committee will have the option of designating two contestants (or teams) to compete during the performance for their second go- round. The committee must notify PROCOM which two contestants or teams are to be placed in the performances by 5 PM (Mountain Time) the day after the first go-round trade deadline. Also, the contestants with the top ten fastest times from the first go-round will be placed in the performance (slowest time will run first, fastest time will run last). The number of contestants placed in the performance will not exceed 10, unless either one or both of the committee designated contestants are not among the top ten from the first go- round (in this case the maximum could be 11 or 12). If the committee designated contestants are among the top 10, they will assume their position based on their first go-round time. If they are not among the top 10, they will run first in the performance (if neither of the two designated contestants are among the top 10, their positions will be based on the reverse order of their first go-round positions). If splits result in more than 10, a random draw will determine which contestants will compete in the performance and which will compete in the slack. The order of competition of ties from the first go- round will also be determined by random draw. If there are not 10 qualified times from the first go-round to fill the performance, the remaining positions will be filled by contestants based on the reverse order of their first go- round positions (only contestants who competed in the first go-round will be placed in the performance). TD, SW, TR - If a contestant or team is qualifying for the finals at Nampa, as of after the Friday night performance at Nampa, and is placed in the Saturday slack at Spanish Fork, he will be allowed to compete on his 2nd go-round animal during slack on Saturday immediately following the completion of the first go-round as long as he notifies the rodeo secretary prior to the stock draw for the second go-round. Contestants in the TD, SW, TR who qualify for the finals at Nampa will not be moved to the next position. The slack on Saturday will begin at 10 AM. These contestants will compete first and draw last in the 2nd go-round regardless of their 1st go-round times. If this procedure results in less than 10 contestants or teams in the performance, the contestants with the next fastest times will be placed in the performances.
