The rodeo will not count toward the official rodeo count for the turned-out contestant. RE-RIDES - After all replacements have been made, any remaining available animals that were notified as turned- out (includes DR’s and VIR’s) will be used as re-rides prior to using the designated re-ride(s). PAYOFF: 6% of the total purse is to be deducted prior to the pay-off and sent in with the results. Pay-off will be determined on highest marked scores. GROUND RULES: ALL CONTESTANTS - Re-entries will be accepted for available positions on Tues., Sept. 4 between 9 AM and 11 AM. See Rodeo Entry Information page of the business journal. COMPETITION FORMAT - 50 minimum entries. One go-round. (May be two go- rounds, back to back, same performance depending on the number of entries). If two go-rounds, the number of entries accepted during the re- entry period will not exceed one half the original limit. CONTESTANT SLECTION FORMULAS DIV. 2: - 70% top money -30% top circuit. NOTIFY PROCOM : Notification must be made at the time of entry if claiming an exemption from qualification. Anyone claiming an exemption must have entered and paid fees at a minimum of twenty (20) PRCA sanctioned rodeos held during the 2017 rodeo year. No medical exemptions will be accepted for event whose entries close on or after July 15th. A contestant will not be accepted as an entry at an X-bulls Event if he is already placed in a position at another PRCA rodeo or event on the same day as the X-bulls Event. CHECK-IN: Contestants must check-in or notify arena secretary 1 hour prior to the start of the event. Failure to do so will result in an alternate contestant being selected and allowed to compete. ALTERNATES: Only contestants that were drawn out due to qualifications or conflicts will be selected as alternates. Alternates will be selected based on 2018 money won (as of 7 days prior to entry closings). Contestants who are placed in a position at another PRCA rodeo or event on the same day as the Xtreme Bulls Event will not be eligible to be used as an alternate. Contestants who have originally entered and were eligible at time of entry may check-in with or call the venue secretary no later than 1 hour prior to the performance to confirm their availability and desire to be an alternate. If selected, an alternate will assume the competition position of the contestant that he is replacing and if stock has been drawn, he will receive the stock drawn by that contestant. If a contestant
