contestant being selected and allowed to compete. ALTERNATES: PROCOM will establish an alternate list, based on 2019 money won (as of 7 days prior to entry closing). Only contestants drawn out due to qualifications or conflicts will be selected as alternates. Contestants who are placed in a position at another PRCA rodeo or event on the same day as the X- Bulls event will not be used as an alternate. Contestants who have originally entered and were eligible at time of entry may check-in with the venue secretary no later than 1 hour prior to the performance to confirm their availability and desire to be an alternate. If selected, an alternate will assume the competition position of the contestant that he is replacing and if stock has been drawn he will receive the stock drawn by that contestant. If a contestant turns-out (notified or non-notified) or VIR’s he will be responsible to pay entry fees whether he is replaced or not. The alternate contestant will also be responsible to pay entry fees. Also, if a contestant turns-out of an X-Bulls event and is not replaced, he will receive a $250 fine (does not include DR’s and VIR’s). STOCK DRAW: Selection of bulls for the finals will be accomplished by mutual agreement among the event representative, the primary tock contractor, and a judge designated by the Supervisor of Pro Officials. Contestants who qualify for the finals may be requested by the committee to draw their own animal from a hat containing poker chips inscribed with animals’ numbers in the arena or other designated area prior to the finals. This determination may be based on production factors. FINALS STOCK - The order of the bulls to be used in the finals of an Xbulls Event will be designated by the event representative and listed in order on the judges sheets prior to the first go- round of competition. The contestant with the lowest score will be listed first and the contestant with the highest score will be listed last with an animal already designated to that position. The order of any ties will be determined by a random draw by the judges. RE-RIDES - After all replacements have been made, any remaining available animals that were notified as turned-out (including DR’s and VIR’s) will be used prior to using the designated re- ride(s). PAY-OFF: 6% of the total purse is to be deducted prior to the pay-off and sent in with the results. The pay-off will be determined on the highest marked scores - 30% of the total purse will be allocated to the long go-round (which includes both performances), pays 8 places. 20% of the total purse will be allocated to the final go- round, (which includes the finals from both performances), pays 6 places. 50% of the total purse will be allocated to the average, pays 8 places. If two go-rounds the payoff will be per Rulebook. ALL PERCENTAGES WILL BE DIVIDED IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE RULEBOOK. In the event that there are not enough qualified rides in the first go-round a random draw back list will be used to select contestants to fill the remaining positions in the finals. Contestants who did not have a qualified score in the first go-round and are drawn back to compete in the finals, will not be eligible to place in the average. Money won by any contestant in the finals will count toward PRCA World standings, Xtreme Bulls Tour standings, and Rookie of the Year standings. (Provided the contestant has entered and competed at a minimum of forty (40) PRCA rodeos) Money won by a drawn back contestant in the finals will not count toward All Around standings, or circuit standings. NOTE: In order for money won in Xtreme Bulls

of permit holders with zero dollars. ALTERNATES: Contestants who have originally entered and were eligible at time of entry but were drawn out will be added to an alternate list. These contestants will be notified of any turn-outs or doctor releases and be given the option of re- entry up to the turn out deadline 3 hours prior to rodeo performance. The alternate will assume the competition positions of the contestant that he is replacing and they will draw stock from a pool of animals consisting of all turned out stock and all re-ride stock for that performance. WALK UP REPLACEMENTS: Contestants who have originally entered and were eligible at time of entry but were drawn out may, in person, check with the rodeo secretary no later than 1 hour prior to the performance to confirm their availability and desire to be an alternate. If selected, by random draw of all walk ups available, the alternate will assume the competition positions of the contestant that he is replacing and will draw from a pool of animals consisting of all turned out stock and all re-ride stock for that performance. * All contestants must check in with rodeo secretary prior to rodeo. If a contestant does not check-in they may be replaced with an alternate/ walk up replacement. ** If a contestant notifies a turn-out, DR or visible release and is replaced by an alternate, the alternate contestant will be responsible for the entry fees. If the contestant that notified the turnout or visible release is not replaced by an alternate, they will be responsible for the entry fee. If a contestant property doctor releases they will not be responsible for entry fees. *** In the event that there are not enough qualified rides in the first go-round, a random draw back list will be used to select contestants to fill the remaining positions in the finals. Contestants who did not have a qualified score in the first go-round and are drawn back to compete in the finals, will not be eligible to place in the average. Money by the contestant in the finals will count towards the standings. Money won at this event will count towards 2019 X-Bulls Standings. It will also count towards PRCA World Standings and Rookie of Year Standings as long as the contestant entered and competed at a minimum of 40 PRCA rodeos during the 2019 rodeo year.
