Announcer Bob Tallman gets NBC Nightly News feature In a half century of announcing, Bob Tallman has seen and done plenty. He’s been in the ProRodeo Hall of Fame since 2004. The 71-year-old from Poolville, Texas, who has announced more than two dozen Wrangler National Finals Rodeos, was featured recently in a piece on NBC’s “Nightly News.” Tallman was announcing the Southwestern Exposition and Livestock Show in Fort Worth, Texas, during the segment.
