GROUND RULES: ALL CONTESTANTS - May also enter online between 8 AM on May 13 and 2 PM on May 14. CONTESTANTS - Maximum 30 entries. One go- round with a (top 10) finals (will not exceed 10). If there are not ten qualified rides during the first go- round, all remaining positions will be filled by random draw. If the 10th place is tied going into the finals, the tie will be broken by random draw. QUALIFICATIONS: Based on 2018 blended CPRA and PRCA standing as Oct. 1, 2018. If the qualifications are not filled by contestants with dollars won leaving open positions, the remaining openings will be filled by a random draw of card holders. If there are still open positions, all remaining openings will be filled by a random draw of permit holders with zero dollars. TURN-OUT/ALTERNATES: Contestants who have originally entered and were eligible at time of entry but were drawn out will be added to an alternate list. These contestants will be notified of any turn- outs or doctor releases and be given the option of re-entry up to the turn-out deadline 3 hours prior to rodeo performance.
