GROUND RULES: ALL CONTESTANTS - Re- entries will be accepted for available positions on Wed., May 22 between 9 AM and 11 AM. See Rodeo Entry Information page of the business journal. GRACE PERIOD - Will expire one hour after entries close. FORMAT: 60 minimum entries. No compensation. No slack. There will be six brackets with approximately 10 contestants in each bracket. Three brackets (30 contestants) will consist of contestants who qualified through “money won” qualifications (80% top money, 20% top circuit). The other three brackets (30 contestants) will consists of all permit holders, and first year card members who did not qualify in the other three brackets as “money won” qualifiers. Any remaining positions in these three brackets will be filled by random draw of contestants who entered and were not accepted for the first three (“money won”) brackets. The top two contestants from each bracket will advance to a finals. PAY-OFF: 6% of the total purse ($10,000 added purse plus entry fees) is to be deducted prior to the pay-off and sent in with the results. Of the remaining amount, two thirds will be allocated to the pay-off for the 6 brackets, and one third will be allocated to the finals. Each bracket will pay two places (60%/40%). The finals will pay four places (40%, 30%, 20%, 10%). There will be no average pay-off. ALL CONTESTANTS - A contestant will not be accepted as an entry at an X-Broncs Event if he is already placed in a position at another PRCA rodeo or event that has a same performance conflict with the X-Broncs event. ALL CONTESTANTS - The “30-hour replacement” and “walk-up replacement” policies will be in effect. The check-in deadline for alternates to be considered as walk-up replacement will be one hour prior to the start of the event. CHECK-IN: Contestants must check-in or notify arena secretary one hour prior to the start of the event. Failure to do so may result in an alternate being selected and allowed to compete. STOCK DRAW: Stock will be drawn per rulebook. The event will count towards the official rodeo count for any contestant who turns-out after stock callbacks, whether that contestant is replaced or not. NOTE: Money won at X-Brocs Events will count towards X-Broncs Standings which will be considered for qualifying for the finale in Rapid City, August 22, 2019. It will count towards qualifications for the 2019 National Finals Rodeo and the 2019 Rookie of the Year Standings as long as the contestant has entered and competed
