ALL CONTESTANTS - Every entry must pick up his number and sign a release at the contestant office prior to competing and wear his own number on his back while competing. Hazer numbers will be available at the contestant office only. STALLS - A limited number of stalls are available on a first come first served basis to entered contestants. ALL CONTESTANTS - Parking passes will only be given to contestants who are qualified for the Quarter Finals, Semi- Finals, and Finals performances. Please check with the rodeo office for other local accommodations with stalls and camping facilities or for circumstances necessary for extended parking. ADDITIONAL EXEMPTIONS - 2016-2018 Cheyenne winners for the events entered. 2016-2018 Cheyenne All Around Champions (only in the events in which they competed). BB, SB - 72 minimum entries. 100% top money (50% from 2018 money won; 50% from 2019 money won). No compensation. No slack. All contestants will compete in the Quarter Finals, which will consist of the first six performances on July 20-25. (12 contestants per performance). The contestants with the top 4 scores (plus splits) from each Quarter Finals performance will advance to the Semi- Finals on July 26 and 27. The Semi- Finals will consist of a total of 24 contestants (12 in each performance). If there are not 4 qualified rides in one or more of the Quarter Finals performances, the remaining positions (up to a total of 24) will be filled by contestants with the next highest scores from any of the Quarter Finals performances. (If the next highest score in this case is tied, a random draw will determine which contestant advances. If there are more than one position to be filled, the contestant will be placed in the highest ranked available position based on the following placement procedure. IF two available positions are equally ranked, a random draw will determine which position will be used. The contestants with the top 6
