Carson wants to know:
Have you pooped your pants while riding?
How long have you been competing? Since I was 5 years old. I started doing it because my brother (Cooper) was doing it.
HA, HA! Yes, I have, more than once! So, it’s OK if that happens, that means you’re trying really hard, so go ride on. It’ll come out with a water hose if you have to. There’s a hose behind every bucking chute. Why do you ride with a cigarette? It’s not a cigarette, it’s a cigar. I don’t know, I tried to quit Copenhagen and then I figured that (cigar) was alright since you can’t stick the whole thing in your mouth. That’s one of those deals to not ever start that habit. How can I ride gooder? If you want to be the best then you need to wait until you start getting some testosterone. Five- year-olds don’t have enough strength yet, but when you’re a teenager you’ll have more strength and power. So, for now, hold off on bronc riding and go learn how to rope for a while, and once you’re older
What do you like about competing in rodeo? Because it’s fun. My favorite part is to ride and do front flips. I did a front flip off a horse before. I’ve ridden six horses. Who is your favorite cowboy and why? Cody DeMoss, because he knows my daddy (Clint). He (Cody) has been riding broncs for 40 years and won six rodeos. He rides broncs as big as elephants. What would you like to ask him? Have you pooped your pants while riding? Why does he ride with a cigarette? How can I ride gooder? What would you like to tell him? He can’t beat my dad at bareback. I’ll be at the NFR one day.
What got you into rodeo? What do you like about it? My dad (Kirby) did it when he was younger, and I started doing mutton bustin’ and my brother was riding ponies, so I asked Dad if I could, too. I wasn’t very good at the first few but then I got better and better. It’s scary, but it’s fun since there’s all that adrenaline and when you get off it’s like, ‘Wow, that’s awesome!’ Who is your favorite cowboy? TimO’Connell, because in Cheyenne (Wyo.) he helped me with my rigging in 2018 and 2019.
