It’s common for rodeo athletes and fans to use the hashtags “grateful” or “blessed.” Each year, that gratefulness is expressed at the annual PRCA Awards Banquet before the start of the Wrangler NFR. The final online ballot process was Oct. 19-23 for applicable voting PRCA members. The winners for each category will be announced at the PRCA Awards Banquet at Dickies Arena in Fort Worth, Texas, Dec. 2. PRCA announces complete 2020 award nominations

2021 Fort Worth Stock Show & Rodeo canceled

More than 30,000 animals are typically exhibited in addition to about 2,300 participants in the various other competitions and exhibitions. Consequently, the decision was made to cancel all FWSSR events and features. The only other time the Stock Show was canceled was in 1943, near the height of World War II.
Fort Worth Stock Show & Rodeo (FWSSR) voted unanimously Oct. 8, to cancel the 2021 Show scheduled for Jan. 15 through Feb. 6, according to a news release from the show.
“This is a heartbreaking decision for our leadership and was not made lightly,” said Stock Show President and General Manager Brad Barnes in
