But winning in Lewiston earned him $4,378 in Lewiston to give him $15,965 on the year, good for fourth place in the PRCA | Resistol Rookie Standings as of Sept. 17. GOING MYWAY?

As winter gave way to spring, Barrington found himself searching for traveling partners. One partner went back to school, the other suffered an injury. Having bought his card in December 2017, Barrington wasn’t going to quit rodeoing, it was just a matter of finding someone to go with. He had mentioned it to Kenny Haworth at a rodeo. A couple weeks later Haworth called and asked if Barrington wanted to travel together, along with Grant Denny. Barrington was all for it.
