Money won by any contestant in the finals will count towards PRCA World standings, PRCA Xtreme Bulls standings, and PRCA Rookie of the Year standings provided that the contestant entered and competed in a minimum of 40 PRCA rodeos. NOTE: In order for money won at an Xtreme Bulls competition to count for the 2019 National Finals Rodeo or the 2019 Rookie of the Year standings, during the 2019 season a contestant must have competed at a minimum of 40 PRCA rodeos. The deadline for “walk- up replacement” will be one hour prior to the performance. The alternate list will be based on 2018 PRCA World Standings. The alternate will compete on the animal that is drawn for the contestant the he is replacing. GRACE PERIOD - Will expire one hour after entries close. ALL EVENTS - Re-entries will be accepted on Tues., Feb., 19 between 9 AM and 12 PM for any available positions. QUALIFICATIONS: BB, SB, BR - 12 minimum entries. No compensation. No slack. (See R1.2.13.4. and R1.2.14 for qualifications). One go-round with the first and second place contestants each performance advancing to a bonus round during that same performance. If the first and/or second place contestant declines advancement to the bonus round, the contestant with the next highest score will advance (if the next highest score is tied, a flip of a coin will determine who advances). If there are 8 or less entries per performance at the time that the entries close, the committee has the option to cancel the event or have two go-rounds, back to back, same performance.

GROUND RULES: May also enter online Feb. 10 at 8 AM to Feb. 11 at 2 PM. CONTESTANTS - 30 minimum entries. One go-round with a (top 10) finals (will not exceed 10). If there are not ten qualified rides during the first go- round, all remaining positions will be filled by random draw. If the 10th place is tied going into the finals, the tie will be broken by random draw. QUALIFICATIONS: Based on 2018 blended CPRA and PRCA standings as of October 1, 2018. If the qualifications are not filled by contestants with dollars won leaving open positions; the remaining openings will be filled by a random draw of card holders. If there are still open positions, all remaining openings will be filled by a random draw of permit holders with zero dollars. If there are less than 22 entries the committee reserves the right to change the format to a 2 head with an aggregate. Contestants who have originally entered and were eligible at time of entry may check-in with or call the venue secretary no later than 1 hour prior to the performance to confirm their availability and desire to be an alternate. If selected, an alternate will assume the competition position of the contestant that he is replacing and if stock has been drawn, he will receive the stock drawn by that contestant. If a contestant notifies a turn-out, DR or visible release and is replaced by an alternate, the alternate contestant will be responsible for the entry fees. If the contestant that notified the turn- out or visible release is not replaced by an alternate, he will be responsible for the entry fee. If a contestant property doctor releases he will not be responsible for entry fees. CONTESTANTS - Re-entries will be accepted through CRES. In the event that there are not enough qualified rides in the first go-round, a
