WALK-UP REPLACEMENT: Contestants who have originally entered and were eligible at time of entry but were drawn out may, in person, check with the rodeo secretary no later than 1 hour prior to the performance to confirm their availability and desire to be an alternate. If selected, by random draw of all walk-ups available, an alternate from a pool of animals consisting of all turned-out stock for the performance and all re-ride stock for that performance. Money won at Xtreme Broncs Events will count towards X-Broncs Standings which will be used for qualifying for the finale in Rapid City, Aug. 22, 2019 (see bulletin board). In order for money won in the Wildwood Saddle Bronc competition to count for the 2019 National Finals Rodeo or the 2019 Rookie of the Year standings, during the 2019 season, a contestant must have entered and competed at a minimum of 40 PRCA rodeos. NOTIFY PROCOM : Notification must be made at the time of entry if claiming an exemption from qualification. Anyone claiming an exemption must have entered and paid fees at a minimum of twenty (20) PRCA sanctioned rodeos held during the 2018 rodeo year, unless the contestant qualifies for a medical exemption. Contestants claiming medical exemptions must have been injured at least six (6) months during the 2018 rodeo year. Contestant must not have entered and paid fees at more than twenty (20) PRCA sanctioned rodeos or events held during the 2018 rodeo year. A letter from a licensed physician on doctor’s letterhead bearing the doctor’s name, address and phone number, must be received by the PRCA National Office prior to entry opening. A contestant will not be accepted as an entry at an X-Bulls Event if he is already placed in a position at another PRCA rodeo or event on the same day as the X-Bulls Event. CHECK-IN: Contestants must check-in or notify arena secretary 1 hour prior to the start of the event. Failure to do so will result in an alternate contestant being selected and allowed to compete.
