Tour Finale The ProRodeo Tour will conclude much as it did last year, with Tour champions being crowned at the Washington State Fair and Rodeo at the Tour Finale in Puyallup, Wash., Sept. 6-9. The difference this year is that the Tour has more than doubled in size. Story inside on page 28.
