Second go-round run will be in the performance, that same day. If a re-run is given, the extra will be used. TD - Cattle will be tied each morning at 8:30 AM, then drawn. TR - Money won in Team Roping will not count for High Point or All-Around. There will be a maximum of 10 teams per day. Both members of the team must be full members and/or Semi Pro. SLACK - Slack will start at 9:30 AM, MDT each morning. The order will be SW, TD, TR. QUALIFICATIONS: TD & SW - Full members or semi pros members only. Top 72 based on combined CPRA/PRCA Standings as of May 27, 2019. If more than 72 contestants qualified from the above, then contestants with the least amount of money won will be drawn out. TR - Full cards or Semi Pro’s only. Top 60 teams from combined CPRA/PRCA Standings as of May 27, 2019. Contestants with the least amount of money won will be drawn out. If more than 60 teams enter, only full carded teams will be accepted, and the remaining teams drawn out. If teams are drawn out, only teams that are both full members will remain entered. BB, SB, BR - Full members, Semi pros, and permits. Top 72 based on the combined CPRA and PRCA standings as of May 27, 2019. Contestants with the least amount of money earned will be drawn out. MEDICAL EXEMPTION - Consideration will be given those members who qualified in 2018 but because of injuries were unable to compete at any rodeo after July 1, 2018. A letter on doctor’s letterhead must be submitted to the CRES office prior to entries opening, this letter must detail the time frame in which contestant was unable to compete. ***Injury information must be given to CRES at the time of entry.*** TURN-OUT/ALTERNATE PROCEDU RE - If more than 72 entries, contestants drawn out will be numbered. competition time, turn-out fines will be waived if and only if he is replaced. ALL CONTESTANTS - If a contestant who qualifies for the finals notifies a turn-out, doctor’s release or visible injury release through PROCOM, the contestant with the next highest ranking in the average may be placed in that available position. (Non-notified TO’s and VIR’s after the turn out deadline will not be replaced). If the next highest ranked contestant is not available to accept the position, the next highest ranked contestant may be contacted and placed in that position. Replacement contestants competition order will be based on his ranking in the average (not on the ranking of the contestant he is replacing). This procedure will be followed until all positions are filled. In the riding events, if an animal has already been drawn for a contestant who has turned- out, the replacement contestant will draw an animal from a pool consisting of all animals that have been turned-out (includes DR’s and VIR’s) and the first available designated re-ride. TR - Only two loops allowed. STALLS - Stalls will be on a first come first served basis with no advance reservations. Stalls will be rented at $25 per day. Bedding and hay, will be available for purchase from the stalls office, bedding must be used in stalls. ALL CONTESTANTS - Contestant entry shall be at Gate 3. PARKING - There will be no overnight trailer parking on the grounds. Secured off-site parking will be provided. Trailers will be allowed on the grounds for those contestants competing in that days event, then must be returned to the offsite parking. TE - If a timed event animal escapes or a re-run is given for any other reason, the extra will be used. Only escaped animals go back into the herd. TD, SW, TR - If there are not enough contestants in the current year circuit money won category to fill the allotted circuit positions, the remaining positions will be filled with contestants from the previous year circuit money won category. QUALIFICATIONS: BB, SB - 48 minimum entries. No compensation. Two go-rounds back to back, perf to perf, W/F’s (12). $5000 held out for finals. No slack. BR - 96 minimum entries. No compensation. W/F’s (12). $5000 held out for finals. No slack. TD, SW, TR - 96 minimum entries (or teams). Two go-rounds W/F’s (12). Back to back, slack to perf, or slack to slack. First go-round will be at 10:00 AM each day (June 21-28). (Approximately 12 contestants or teams per day). The contestants with the top 8 fastest times from the first go-round will be placed in the performance (slowest time will run first, fastest time will run last). If splits result in more than 8, a random draw will determine which contestants will compete in the performance and which will compete in slack. The order of competition of ties from the first go-round will also be determined by random draw. If there are not 8 qualified times from the first go- round to fill the performance, the remaining positions will be filled by contestants based on the reverse order of their first go-round positions (Only contestants who competed in the first go-round will be placed in the performance). The remaining contestants (not placed in the performance) will run their second go- round in slack immediately following the completion of the first go-round in reverse order of their first go-round position.
