the first performance of the Qualifying Rodeo on January 21. PAY-OFF - $5,000 added purse plus $2,400 from entry fees equals $7,400 total per event to be paid out (per man in the TR). Each of the first three performances will pay three places: 1st place --$400; 2nd place --$240; 3rd place --$160. There will be no pay-out for the Semifinals or for the average. The Chute Out will pay four places: 1st place --$2,000; 2nd place --$1,500; 3rd place --$1,000; 4th place --$500. If there are less than 4 qualified scores or times in the Chute Out Round to be paid out, the remaining places will be paid out based on highest score or fastest time in the Semifinals. If money paid out to a contestant without a qualified score or time in the Semifinals or the Chute Out Round will be considered ground money. All other money paid out will count towards World Standings. ALL EVENTS - Permit Members will be accepted as entries at the Qualifier in Fort Worth. If a Permit Member is one of the 4 contestants in an event to advance from the Qualifier in Fort Worth to the San Antonio Rodeo, he will be required to purchase his Contestant Card Membership (if eligible) by 12:00 PM (MT) on Monday, January 25. If the Permit Member is not eligible (has not won the minimum amount of $1,000 at PRCA sanctioned rodeos) the next ranked eligible contestant from the Sandhills Rodeo will advance. contestant being selected and allowed to compete. ALTERNATES - Alternates will be selected from a list established by PROCOM based on 2020 money won. (Only contestants who were drawn out due to qualifications or conflicts will be selected as alternates). A contestant who is place in a position at another PRCA rodeo or event on the same day as the Xtreme Bulls Event will not be eligible to be used as an alternate. Contestants who have originally entered and were eligible at time of entry may check-in with or call the venue secretary no later than 1 hour prior to the performance to confirm their availability and desire to be an alternate. If selected, an alternate will assume the competition position of the contestant that he is replacing and if stock has been drawn, he will receive the stock drawn by that contestant. If a contestant notifies a turn-out or a VIR and is replaced by an alternate, the alternate contestant will be responsible for the entry fees. The rodeo will not count toward the official rodeo count for the turned-out contestant. If a contestant turns-out (notified or non-notified) or VIR’s he will be responsible to pay entry fees whether he is replaced or not. The alternate contestant will also be responsible to pay entry fees. Also, if a contestant turns-out of an X-Bulls event and is not replaced, he will receive a $250 fine (does not include DR’s and VIR’s). If a contestant properly doctor releases he will not be responsible for entry fees nor will the event be applied to his official rodeo count. RE-RIDES - After all replacements have been made, any remaining available animals that were notified as turned-out (includes DR’s and VIR’s) will be used as re-rides prior to using the designated re- ride(s). PAY-OFF - 6% of the total purse is to be deducted prior to the pay-off and sent in with results. The pay-off will be determined on the highest marked scores. NOTE - In order for money won in Xtreme Bulls Events to count for the 2021 National Finals Rodeo or the 2021 Rookie of the Year Standings, during the 2021 season, a contestant must have entered and competed at a minimum of forty (40) PRCA rodeos. Money won will count for PRCA World Standings and Xtreme Bulls Standings. It will not count for All Around standings, circuit standings, nor will the event count towards a contestants required circuit participation count. COMPETITION FORMAT- 40 minimum entries. One go-around. May be two go-rounds, back to back, same performance, depending on the number of entries. If two go-rounds the number of contestants accepted during the re-entry period will not exceed one half the original limit. GRACE PERIOD - Will expire one hour after entries close. IN ORDER OF SELECTION - 70% top money - 30% top circuit. NOTIFY PROCOM - Notification must be made at the time of entry if claiming an exemption from qualification. Anyone claiming an exemption must have entered and paid fees at a minimum of twenty (20) PRCA sanctioned rodeos held during the 2020 rodeo year, unless the contestant qualifies for a medical exemption. Contestants claiming medical exemptions must have been injured at least six (6) months during the 2020 rodeo year. Contestant must not have entered and paid fees at more than twenty (20) PRCA sanctioned rodeos held during the 2020 rodeo year. A letter from a licensed physician on doctor’s letterhead bearing the doctor’s name, address and phone number must be received by the PRCA Nation Office prior to entry opening. A contestant will not be accepted as an entry at the X-Bulls Event if he is already placed in a position at another PRCA rodeo or event on the same day as the X-Bulls event. CHECK-IN - Contestants must check-in or notify arena secretary 1 hour prior to the start of the event. Failure to do so will result in an alternate
