LEGACY STEER ROPING DEADWOOD SD NPP JULY 21 DAYS OF 76’ LEGACY STEER ROPING ARENA: Deadwood Days of 76 Arena ADDRESS: Lower Main Street SLACK: July 21- 9:00 AM EVENTS: SR PERMITS: SR GROUND RULES: Contestants who choose to enter the Legacy Steer Roping event must be at least 50 years old or a permit member at the time of entry closing. They must also be entered in the steer roping event at the Days of ‘76 Rodeo in Deadwood. To be eligible, a contestant must not have been an NFSR qualifier during the past 3 years. Permit members of all ages will also be eligible to enter. Contestants will pay an additional entry fee of $300. Contestants will not compete on any additional steers. The times that are recorded for the contestants’ competition runs at the Days of ‘76 Rodeo will be used to determine the pay off. Payoff will only include the entry fees for the contestants who entered the Legacy Steer Roping through PROCOM. 6% will be held out of the total amount for the PRCA prior to the payoff. The three go-rounds and the average after three go-rounds will be included in the pay-off for the Legacy Steer Roping. There will be no additional added money and since no additional animals will be run, there will be no additional stock charge or PROCOM charge.
